The gardens of the Japanese ambassador's residence at Kensington Palace Gardens, London, were designed as a fusion between the English tradition and the minimalist lines of a Japanese garden. It consists of pergolas, a gazebo, herbaceous borders and a contemporary sunken garden that can be seen from the boardroom. The design for the grounds of this listed property was master planned in association with the Lawry Partnership.
